I tried to buy a piece of furniture for my son and have it delivered to his new apartment in New York City. After repeated attempts to try and deliver it to me, I finally canceled the original order and made a new one. Same result. These people have no idea what they're doing.

Very bad experience I ordered a bed and paid for it in July and I am still waiting; it was supposed to be delivered at the end of August but they are missing some parts (??!!) and at the end of September will be able - maybe - to schedule the delivery. Every time I call customer service is 30 minutes wait and they are never able to help. I will never ever buy something again!!
