I was rude to the customer service woman, "Kai" because she was being very unhelpful and unfriendly. Later when trying to view the site I realized I had been blocked from all West Elm links through my phone.
My iPad connected though. I didn't go through my email to the site, (as I did on my phone)and I have not purchased from my iPad before. Don't annoy the CS I guess..
dont annoy Kai, she is very petty apparently. Wondering if this is the way West Elm trains their CS team to treat unhappy customers??
