The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered the table on October 24th - as of January 4th I'm still without a coffee table.

I was told its "sold out" and they have no idea when it's coming in. They had me and my fiancé wait an entire day back in the beginning of December for the table and we ended up calling multiple times only to find out there was glitch and it wasn't in stock.

I just spoke with someone today who told me to basically give up on the table and offered to pick up and return my matching side tables as consolation. I'm disgusted.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
