West Elm - Never buying again

West Elm's customer service is a nightmare. I've spent hours on the phone trying to reach a manager, have requested call backs and never received one, and still haven't been reimbursed for items cancelled 2 weeks ago. It's unfortunate because I like the product and spent $9000 on a month, yet will never order from West Elm again.

West Elm terrible customer service

The West Elm customer service in Austin and on line is joke. They have no understanding of customer service. The GM in Austin, Texas is rude, arrogant, and condescending. He is a total egotistical ***. He is more interested in letting you know he is in charge than in helping you with the situation. I have tried to do business with the store in Austin on two separate occasions and in both instances the manager was difficult. He is unprofessional and clearly over his head in his position. This store is not a good representation of the brand. Shopping at West Elm isn't worth your time or money.

Details
West Elm drapes clearly state they are able to be dry cleaned. We dry cleaned them and now my 108" drapes are anywhere from 105 - 104". I talked to customer service and my local store manager. Both advised me even though it clearly states you may dry clean, they are made of cotton and should not have been dry cleaned. They suggest I speak with my dry cleaner.
