I placed an order for 8 distinct plates from West Elm online. When the order shipped, I only recieved 7 of the plates.

I waited three weeks and never received any communication about the missing plate. I finally called customer service and was told that even though the plate was in stock when I ordered it, it was now on backorder for the next 10 months.

They said my only option was to call a store and potentially pay more for the plate and have it shipped to me. I love the plates I did order, but this experience has been very frustrating.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with West Elm. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
