First and last time consumer. I tried to purchase an area rug online.
I competed all the shipping and billing information, hit submit order and was told I was locked out. I called the phone # the lock out gave me. I called and ordered the rug. I had to pay an extra $75.00'from what I was shown in the total online.
I still have not received my confirmation email. Customer service was no help but to tell me I was charged correctly.
Well did you find my order? Why didn't I get a confirmation email immediately as with other online purchases?
Apparently they don't care? For safety and sanity I suggest not shopping at any store where the customer service is so bad and the risk is so high for theft of your information.
