This review is for West Elm's Credit Card Reward Dollars program and customer service care center...they are both terrible. To start off, we purchased a sectional during their Double Reward Dollars Sunday promotion in-store by opening up a new West Elm credit card and applying the purchase to the card.
After we paid off the CC for the sectional purchase and received delivery, West Elm applied the regular amount of 10% Reward Dollars to the account instead of the 20% back which we should've received for the Double Rewards promotion. When we tried calling the customer service care center # 844-322-0669 listed on the Reward Dollars phamplet, the CS reps tell us we have to talk with the West Elm CC company to apply the missing Reward Dollars. So we call the West Elm CC CS #800-695-3988 and the CS reps there tell us we have to talk with the CS care center again at 844-322-0669.
So here we have this potential never-ending loop between the CS care center and West Elm CC CS on whose responsibility it is to get the extra 10% reward dollars applied to our account. It's been 3 months now since we made our sectional purchase and still there is no resolution to receiving the proper Reward Dollars amount and hearing various delays & excuses from CS that it may take 2 additional billing cycles for the extra 10% Rewards to get applied or the CS rep needs to confirm with the CC billing dept.
