West Elm - On hold for over an hour !!!

I am currently on hold with West Elm, a recent purchase for a king size duvet cover was sent incorrectly and I was sent a twin size. I have been on hold for 1hr and 8 mins, the rep came on and was suppose to be fixing the order but has just never come back :( She was also rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to help.
