After waiting a lot longer than we had expected for our sofa we were hesitant to shop at West elm again but we saw a coffee table that we liked...We were told the only way to buy it was to spend the extra almost $200 on deluxe delivery, there was no other option.

We had a think and checked back with the store a little later and the price of the coffee table had actually gone up wtf?! A week later I went in to the store to find they no longer had the item in store... They had sold the floor piece after they had told us they don't do that...

All the while my questions are met with an extreme 'f*@# you' attitude from staff.Seems like this company is a mess and the staff don't care.
