Delivered sectional sofa (2 pieces) with the arm on the sofa (other piece is a chaise) on the wrong side. Picture a sofa with an arm in the middle.

Ok, so we took delivery in the assurance of the driver that customer service was great and would make it right ASAP. That was 2 months ago. We've now spoken to 8 cust service reps and we can't seem to get the sofa returned! We are beyond angry.

$2,000 and an unusable piece of furniture we can't rid of. WE is on out blacklist for life.

Wow! My heart goes out to you!

This would drive me bananas if this happened to me.

Hopefully, small claims court could remedy your loss and you would be able to get your money back. West Elms as a company is atrocious!
