DO NOT ORDER FROM WEST ELM THEY SUCK
I had pillows back ordered for 9 months!! -cost 55$ and never received them - they were shipped to my old address even though I did a change of address. They claim they can't do anything since its been past 30 days! They are the worst people ever with no hearts.
I spent 6 months going back and forth with costumer service agents telling me they may be able to help and may be able to give me store credit for what I never received. But they lied and after all that they just emailed me after I had to EMAIL AGAIN- saying NO actually your request was denied because it was over 30 days. WTF
