West Elm customer service has hit a new low. No one knows where our order is and have no idea when it will ship. We threaten to cancel the order and they say " Go ahead". The retail stores have no power to help you out other than issue a refund.
We love their furniture but this customer service has forced us to shop elsewhere. If you give a shipping date, you should be held to it or call the consumer and give accurate info on why it did not ship and make it a priority to resolve the issue ASAP.
I really hope they get their *** together...
