This space is not large enough for me to express my complete unhappiness with West Elm. Ordering was a breeze.
Delivery, delivery service, pickup for damaged chair and returned sofa has been so painful. Delivery service blaming West Elm; West Elm blaming delivery service. I had a sofa that was returned over a month ago and I have called a dozen times to get locate credit. I have literally spent hours and hours on hold.
Currently typing this review as I am on hold
(59 minutes) once again to get my $2,000.00 credit. Supervisors promised to call (many of them) numerous times and yet nothing.
Never will I deal with them again. Room and Board from now on.
