Seriously for the amount of money I spent for my furniture you'd think they could make the delivery painless. But no- what should have been an easy delivery of bed and couch became a NIGHTMARE.

No one at customer service could tell me when the items would be arriving at the warehouse AFTER I was told it would be available for delivery. Called and talked to 5 customer service reps that were either rude or gave me incorrect information. Nightmare continued when the couch finally arrived (where is the bed?!?) and finally scheduled delivery and then was told on the day of delivery from my building management company that the COI had not been recieved AFTER I talked to 5 different people requesting it.

NIGHTMARE. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
