I ordered a bed that was supposed to be in stock and shipped within a week or so. Turns out there was never such product in stock despite the fact that I was informed by same "Customer Service" dept.
that there were 400 units in stock and only 94 had been sold to date. All untrue.
When the product didn't ship on time i found out from the same office that in fact there never such a product in the warehouse to begin with and that the parts to make the bed had not been delivered yet. But they sold it to me anyway. Now the product is on "back order" with a due date that changes and moves out further on a daily basis.
After numerous attempts to get any one at Customer Service ( and I use that term loosely) to help resolve this I will now cancel the order.
Good Luck getting anyone at West Elm to assist with a problem. No one seems to know what they are doing and the wait times on the phone are insane.
